At Reyes del Oro JJB, we are committed to providing high-quality 18K gold jewelry and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 day of receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
> Unworn and unused.
> In its original condition.
> Free from damage, alterations, scratches, or signs or wear.
> Returned with its original packaging and any accessories or documentation included with the purchase.
Items that have been customized, engraved, resized, altered, or specially ordered at the customer's request are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
Before returning an item, customer must contact us within 7 day of delivery to request return authorization. please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard return. because our products are high-value jewelry, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Reyes del Oro JJB is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy
